Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and NO SHOW Policy: Bookings canceled within 24 hrs of pickup will be subject to the cancellation fee. Bookings will be considered no show if the renter does not arrive 30 mins after trip start time and does not provide communication of their delays. Cancellation and No Show fee is equal to one full rental day.
